What ForeverReferrals is

ForeverReferrals is software that helps a real estate licensee keep a record of a house after a closing, schedule and prepare for check-ins with its owners, and refer those owners to service providers the licensee chooses. It is not a home inspection, an appraisal, a warranty, or a guarantee of any vendor’s work. Talking points and service reminders are generated from the record the agent keeps and are suggestions, not advice.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Team owners and admins may see homes kept by team members. You may only add owners and vendors you have a legitimate business relationship with, and you must honor any request from an owner or vendor to stop contacting them.

Vendors and referrals

Vendors on your list are your own picks. You are responsible for what you tell owners about them, and for complying with the laws that apply to referral arrangements in your jurisdiction, including RESPA where it applies. ForeverReferrals does not pay or collect referral fees and does not endorse any vendor.

Email and messaging

Messages sent from the product go out in your name with your reply address. You are responsible for their content and for having a basis to contact each recipient. We suppress addresses that ask not to be emailed.

Plans and payment

The free plan keeps a limited number of active homes. Paid plans are billed by Henosis Billing through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

Your data

Your records are yours. You can export or delete them at any time. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Henosis Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for any vendor’s work, or for decisions made on the basis of the record. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
