For agents, after the closing

Nobody knows that house like you do. Keep it that way.

You walked it, read the inspection, sat through the disclosures. ForeverReferrals keeps all of that as the house’s record, then gives you a reason to call every season that is about the house: the furnace cleaning, the first winter, the septic pump, the roof that’s due. When they need someone, you have the name. When your vendors meet someone moving, they have yours.

Seeds itself from a Dooryard walkthrough. Talks to Follow Up Boss. Sends mail as you.

13 mo in
  • Fall prep: is the furnace cleaning booked? Oil contract set?
  • The owners prefer a text to a call.
  • Their eldest starts school this fall.
  • Heating rated fair at the walkthrough: any trouble with it? (an HVAC referral is ready)
  • Water heater is 11 years old, near the end of a typical 12-year life: start the replacement conversation.
  • No sweep on record for the chimney: ask when it was last done.

Three things, one record.

The house's record

Every system with its type, age, condition, and last service: heating, water heater, roof, well, septic, chimney, the rest. Seeded from the Dooryard walkthrough if there was one; filled in on the calls after. The owners see it too, on a page with your name on it.

A reason to call

Two weeks in. Six weeks in. Before the first winter. Mud season, summer, fall prep, winter. Every service that's coming due, every system near the end of its life, the anniversary. Each one lands on your list with talking points built from the record, not a script.

The people they need

Your plumber, your chimney sweep, your septic guy. A need found on a call, or asked for from the owners' page, becomes a referral in one tap: both sides introduced by email, tracked to hired or not. Vendors get a page of their own, with a form to send someone back to you.

Your agent: your name · your number

A page they keep coming back to.

The owners get HomeBook: their house’s record, what’s due, who did the work, and one button that reaches you. No account, no app, a link that lives for as long as you’re their agent. Brokerages can put it on their own domain with their own name and logo.

  • They log a service; your record updates.
  • They ask for a plumber; you refer one in a tap.
  • They rate the vendor; your list gets smarter.
  • They see what it's worth, when you choose to share it.

Referrals in both directions.

Out

An owner needs a chimney sweep. You pick someone from your list; they get the number and what is needed, the owner gets theirs. You see when they called, whether they were hired, and how it went.

In

Dan meets a couple who mention they’re selling in the spring. He opens his page, types their name and number, and you have a lead in your inbox and in Follow Up Boss before he’s back in the truck.

The scorecard on every vendor: sent, hired, rated, and how many they’ve sent back. You’ll know who deserves the next one.

Priced like the other tools on the ring.

Your first three homes are free forever. After that it’s a few dollars a month for every closing you ever keep.

Questions

Where does the house's record come from?
From you, and from what you already have. A Dooryard walkthrough seeds the systems one-for-one. A closing posted from BuyerPen or DealHinge creates the home with the buyers on it. Everything else you add on the calls, and the owners add from their page.
Is this a CRM?
No. Follow Up Boss (or whatever you use) stays your CRM. ForeverReferrals is the house's record and the reasons to call. When it's connected, check-ins become notes on the person and needs become tasks.
What do the owners see?
HomeBook: their address, their systems and service dates, what's due, the vendors you sent, your card, and one button to ask for help. Not your notes, not your talking points, and not the value unless you choose to share it.
Can a brokerage brand it?
Yes. Name, logo, color, and a domain such as myhome.yourbrokerage.com. Every owner and vendor link the team sends uses it.
What about the CMA?
The anniversary call asks whether they know what it's worth. Run the number in SoldNeedle from the home's page and it comes back onto the record; share it to their HomeBook when you're ready.
